Positive Existential Coaching – An Introduction (Yannick Jacob @Birkbeck University)

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]What matters most to people? How can we be happy? What’s the meaning of life? How can we find answers to the big questions in life?

In this guest lecture to students of the post-graduate certificate in coaching at Birkbeck University, London, I explain how the science of positive psychology and existential philosophy can work together to help clients in the coaching room make sense of their existence, embrace their human condition and find meaning and sustainable happiness in the process. Coaching can play a significant role in this process and this is an introduction to how this could be done.

Special thanks to Andreas Liefooghe and Raul Aparici for inviting me. I highly recommend this course.
